The short version of the licence that comes with every Mesocyber product.

Who we are

Mesocyber is a brand of Leiswer International LLP, Pune, India. Contact: support@mesocyber.com.

Your licence

Each product comes with its full licence (COPYRIGHT-AND-LICENSE). If anything on this page differs from that licence, the licence wins. In short:

  • You may use the product for one business (single-business licence).
  • You may not resell, share, redistribute or publish the product or its formulas, code or design, in whole or in part.
  • You may not submit the product, its formulas or its code to any AI system to copy, extract or recreate it.
  • All content remains the copyright of Leiswer International LLP. Mesocyber is our brand.

Sales are final

All sales are final and there are no refunds. The one exception is a bug: if a product does not work as described, report it in writing within 14 days of purchase and we will send a working replacement file. The full conditions are in Section 10 of the product licence.

Google Sheets products

Google Sheets products are installed into your own Google Drive with our installer, which needs your permission to create and link the template copies. Our privacy policy explains exactly what that access is used for.

Not professional advice

Our workbooks and tools help you organise and calculate your own information. They are not accounting, tax, legal or financial advice. Tax rates, rules and deadlines change; check them with a qualified professional before you rely on any result.

Provided as is

Products are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data arising from use of the products, and our total liability is limited to the price you paid for the product concerned. Keep backups of your files.

Website

You may use this website for personal and business information. Do not attempt to disrupt it, copy it in bulk, or access parts of it you are not meant to.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above shows the latest version. The licence you received with a product continues to apply to that purchase.
