What we collect, why, and what we never do with it.

Who we are

Mesocyber is a brand of Leiswer International LLP, Pune, India ("we", "us"). We make Excel workbooks, Google Sheets templates and HTML tools for small businesses. Questions about this policy: support@mesocyber.com.

Your files stay yours

Our Excel workbooks and HTML tools run on your own device. Our Google Sheets products run in your own Google Drive. The business data you enter in them is never sent to us, and we cannot see it.

What we collect

  • When you contact us or sign up for updates: your name and email address, and anything you choose to write to us.
  • When you buy: your name, email, country, the product bought, order number and licence key. Payments are handled by our payment providers (for example Dodo Payments, Gumroad or Etsy). We never receive or store your full card or bank details.
  • When you install our Google Sheets products: your licence key and the email address of the Google account running the installer, so we can confirm the licence.
  • When you visit this website: standard technical logs kept by our hosting provider (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability.

Google account data

Our Google Sheets installer asks for permission to work in your Google Drive. It uses that permission only to copy the Mesocyber template files into your Drive, link those copies to each other, and confirm your licence. It does not read, copy or send any other files in your Drive, and it does not send the contents of your spreadsheets to us.

Mesocyber's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do not use Google user data to serve advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train artificial-intelligence models. You can remove the installer's access at any time from your Google Account under Security → Third-party apps with account access.

How we use your information

  • To deliver your purchase, licence key and product updates.
  • To answer your questions and handle bug reports.
  • To send product emails you signed up for. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting duties.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent personal data. We share only what each service needs to do its job for us: payment providers and marketplaces (to process orders), our email provider (to send emails you asked for), and our website host (to run this site). Each processes the data under its own privacy terms. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics or advertising tools, we will update this page before they go live.

How long we keep it

Order and licence records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Email-list details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Website logs are kept for a short period by our host.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (except records we must keep by law). Email support@mesocyber.com and we will reply within 30 days.

Security

We use reputable providers with encrypted connections and limit access to the people who need it. No method of storage or transfer is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

Children

Our products are for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 18.

Changes

We will post any change to this policy on this page with a new effective date.
